If you can’t work with a lot of noise going on, then you should naturally avoid spots that are hotbeds for distraction.  If you have kids and keeping watch on them is taking a toll on your work, try to get a babysitter to help out once in a while.  Move to another place in your house when people are watching TV, and avoid listening to music that might only serve to distract you.

The distractions can also come from within your PC:  a lot of stuff on the internet and on your hard drive can make you veer away from the task at hand, and the minutes you spend getting distracted can translate into hours of lost time.  Stay away from sites or programs that are likely to distract you, and try your best to focus on the task at hand.

3.  There’s no need to be perfect
Sometimes, bloggers get stuck because they’re working under the impression that they need to make amazing blog entries each time.  While it’s good to be so meticulous, there’s actually no need to make every post a flawless one.  Instead, aim to deliver content that’s satisfying, interesting, and informative, even if it’s just minimally so.

4.  Pre-empt the block
A calendar or blog entry planner is a great way to stop blogger’s block and strike it right at its root.  Think of as many ideas for your entries as you can, and arrange them into a daily count, so you never have to start each day wondering what to blog about next.  You don’t just save time by doing this, you also get to make money blogging more efficiently.

Battling blogger’s block shouldn’t be difficult, especially when you know what exactly is keeping you from being productive.  It’s all about eliminating the source of the block, so that you won’t have to confront it next time.  Remember, it’s mostly about taking it easy, and being a little more focused on the job at hand.  The ideas and words will soon come to you naturally.
